But when I am standing in S**T up to my waist and know know it’s rising, and I also become aware that I desire a different, more supportive earthly experience and that it is time to start being more diligent about my inner work again.
I especially feel that as an empath and an indigo adult, I have a tendency to start carrying other people’s mercury retrograde, so by clearing that and also bubbling myself, I find that their ruckus tends to slide past me.
Typically, in my indigo adult fashion, I reach a boiling point and I tear down such posturing when I get sick of it. I destroy such behavior with contempt for myself for acting in a false way and contempt for others who make me act in a way that leaves me so, so disconnected to who I truly am.

Vigorous cardio exercise will usually shake off “stuff” that is attached to me, and if I exercise on a regular basis, my improved fitness level usually prevents other peoples’ lower vibrations from sticking to me.
