Here’s a great documentary about floating in Deprivation Tanks called Float Nation.
I have been doing a lot of floating in flotation tanks lately and it feels GREAT, both long term and short term.
It’s meditation and the meditative state is reinforced on the physical level because the body can completely relax.
It also creates a space for the body to experience a physical unwinding and releasing of habitually held positions.
This, in turn, allows the emotions that related to habitually held positions in the body to release as well.
